Moscaritolo will be discussing a “Modular Approach to Thermal Conversion of Municipal Solid Waste.” The Alternative Technology Advisory Subcommittee is responsible for evaluating and promoting the development of conversion technologies to reduce dependence on landfills and incinerators.
